My name is Geni Ison and I am the school counselor at Raceland Worthington Middle School where I work with grades 3-8.  This is my 27th year in education (26th at Raceland) and my 20th as a school counselor. I started out at Raceland as the high school art teacher and from there was the high school counselor for 14 years before moving to Campbell and Worthington elementary to work as a K-6 school counselor for 2 years. I then moved to the brand new middle school where I am in my fourth year as the school counselor.
